im really depressed. please no remarks like " just kill yourself". ok? im only 11 and this is serious. please help.

Hi, have you tried to talk to your parents about maybe why your depressed? I use to get depressed sometimes and the crazy thing was that I didn't know half the time why I was even depressed lol! but it does get frustrating feeling like that eh!
Do you like to write, try starting a diary, that always helps me. You could be just bored to I know when I'm bored I get a little depressed. Call a friend or something. Do something cute with your hair to make yourself feel better.
Listen to some tunes but don't listen to something that may just depress you even more.
Well those are some ideas.

Sometimes people feel depressed and dont know why. It usually goes away within a couple of days but if it doesnt you have to ask yourself whats making you feel this way. Once you know what is bothering you can start to work with solving the problem.

aww , im sorry that you are feeling sad :) make a list of 10 things that you love to do & havent done them in while .
example
1.make a cake
2. paint
3 ride bikes
4 call a friend
5 play some games
6 put some makeup on & do your hair
thast stuff I did when I was 11 I hope it helps

Watch a funny movie or cartoon. Call a friend and talk to them. Ask your mom and dad or brother or sister or friend to play a game with you. Hope this helps it's been 39 years since I was 11 and that isn’t funny.

regrettably, it is what happens to the clever, respectable people in the international. i understand that i might such as you immediately, yet regrettably, the prettier ladies tend to choose for jocks and jerks. that's now your fault. this is a few suggestion: do no longer exchange who you're for any woman. verify she loves you for who you're. whilst the final woman comes alongside, you will understand. basically watch for the final one. at last, the clever people gets some justice. once you grow to be a nicely-regularly happening surgeon, or actor, and each and all of the females are begging for you, the jocks would be rubbish adult men, dwelling all on my own. sturdy success!

watch a funny cartoon, play w/ your pets if u have any.....talk to someone abt it think of ur fave thing 2 do and do it.....think of horses wearing boxers lol :) hope that helps(:
