I was wondering if anyone knew what the title of the next book in the Inheritance trilogy by Christopher Paolini. If it helps, the other books in the trilogy are "Eragon" and Eldest".

Rumor has it that the last book will be titled EMPIRE. If you notice the first two are 6 letter words that begin with E. Therefore it seems very possible that this is the case.
As far as release date? Last I heard it still has not been announced. Many said summer of 2007, but with Harry Potter 7 being released I doubt this will be the case. A smart marketer would wait for the HP hype to die down as it would certainly overshadow the release of the third Inheritance book. My guess would be late this year or sometime early-mid 2008. Hope this helps!

The third and concluding novel in the trilogy is still being written and is yet to be named.
