How could people own words? If people owned words other people would say them anyway.

I am not sure what you mean by "own"...
If I get the idea, I don't see a reason why one person can only use it... and other people have to ask "permission" or something. A language isn't limited to one person... language is supposed to be a way to communicate.

because if someone owned a word no one else could say it unless they had permishen r owned that word

I don't know, but everyone steals mine, I tell them it's my word and they say "You can't own a word"...Stupid Copycats lol.
