Hey, they're always alphabetical. So unless it's a trick question (like, the teacher put a hurricane name in there that didn't happen in 1998) then the answer is going to be the last in the alphabet... Nicole.

Good Question. The correct answer to it I believe is Nicole because the name Mitch was retired in '88 and the rest of those names came in later seasons.
