Wow this is tough to say but I wouldn't do it...
I would probably counter with Jeter and Willis for Santana and Kazmir (or if your hurting in the RP Santana & Hoffman)
I would hang on to Bay though and you have enough depth at SS to cover Jeter....

No way. Jeter is the best SS in fantasy besides Reyes. Bay is one of the top 7 OF's in Fantasy, and will help out a ton. Willis will definitely get at least 10 wins this year, so keep him. You may be getting Santana, who is best pitcher in baseball, but Hoffman, while having the most saves all-time, is like 40 and is getting on in years, and may not play well. Kazmir hs never lived up to expectations, so he kind of sucks. If you do thistrade, you will lose 2 of the best position players and a pretty good pitcher for the best pitcher, an old reliever, and an inconsistent SP. DOn't do it.

Hmmm. Thats tough. Try to see if you can work out a deal that doesnt involve Kazmir (either a different pitcher or an outfielder). Pierre is a good outfielder, but after his season with the Cubs, you will want to use him selectively. Most fantasy experts are picking Kazmir to have a pretty bad year, but Santana and Hoffman are both really good.

i would accept this trade in no time. although jeter is always a great player to have, Bay will dissapoint and Willis is unpredictable. Johan Santana is one of the best pitchers in either league, Trevor Hoffman is a great closer, and Scott Kazmir is looking to be a fine pitcher.
What is mainly important about this trade is if you need hitting or pitching on your team, reject if you need the hitting, accept if you need the pitching.

Honestly, I would accept it only because Johan is a first round/top 3 guy!
Kazmir is the Devil Rays ace, which isn't saying much, but he's still decent and he's much better then Willis is.
Although Jeter is great, Rollins will give you more SB's and Runs but he won't get as many RBI's.
I think it's a great trade and with Bay coming off injury, dump him while you can.
You are only losing Jeter as a solid player, but you're getting 3 back in return.

It is hard to give a full accurate answer without seeing your team, but as far as the talents, I would be pounding on the accept button. Hurry before it's too late. You can replace Jeter, and you are gaining the top pitcher and another great young arm, and Willis is going to have a long tough season and wow hurry and accept. Think about the fact that Rollins won't tie up your utility spot also, he would become the SS.

If Kaz is healthy and Hoffman doesn't crumble to dust this year, I think you win the deal. For you it is essentially Bay and Willis for Santana, Hoffman and Kazmir. Kaz and Willis cancel and you are left with Santana and Hoffman for Bay, and I'd take that deal in a heartbeat.

i would argue that he accepts, hes getting santana and kazmir, and hoffman is a gamble. rollins is a good sub for jeter, while no one can replace bay u can pick up a sleeper of like markakis ibanez rios cuddyer. i would definetely do this trade, because ur getting a first rounder for some 3rd/4th rounders u can easily replace
