I just started working 6 months ago.
My job is I do a city planning , concerning various circumstances such as possibility of development, demand of people and many more.
But i don't know exactly what my work will be in the future. I wish that I could learn more and gain many experience while working in this company.

I'm not sure of the category of employment your involved with but it must be political, it sounds like your doing a job that you don't know how to do.
You don't know what the job description is or even if your accomplishing anything and your worrying if there is any chance of advancement. Stay with it their grooming you for the Presidency.
