Yes and no. If it is too small, it may be harder for the woman to achieve orgasm through intercourse alone, unless he knows how to make his size work for her as well as him. If it is too big (yes, it CAN be too big, contrary to some popular belief), it can be uncomfortable for the woman, and may tear more than is healthy. Again, there are some ways around this. If the right techniques are used, size should not be a problem, so it wouldn't matter.

No, of course size doesn't matter (unless he has a micro-penis- yes, that's real). No matter the size, it will still stimulate what needs to be stimulated. Of course, you may have a specific preference defined by culture or psychological needs.

For some women it does and for some it doesn't. It's your preference. To be honest if you are in a relationship with someone that you trully love, no size doesn't matter. There are more than one way to please a woman, then just through intercourse. For me it doesn't matter because I have a great boyfriend that pleases me in more ways than one.

im with you on that a penis is a penis regardless the size it dont matter how big it is it matters how they handle it...i am a very petite girl and i dont want a huge monster penis... ouch!
