Now that series 2 is well under way (only three more episodes to go) what are peoples opinions?

I think Sam has time-travelled back to 1973 but has some connection to the future when he recognizes crime bosses.I read an interview with John Simm who says he isn't making any more episodes.So i'm guessing he dies trying to get back to his own time.
Rachael is right with no more episodes.But there will be a spin-off of the show called Ashes to Ashes set in the early 80's.It will have Gene & Annie as senior CID detectives.

He is in a coma which is why every now and then he (and we) can hear the hospital chat and what is happening to him medically. I guess the goings on in the 1970s will somehow connect to the case he was on at the time of his accident. Bear in mind no one knows what is going on in the brain during this time so it could be reaction to sounds going on around him. We have seen a criminal come to his bedside previously and interfere with his drip or something.

It pretty much sounds like a coma. My bet is that he is in a coma. But: in the last episode there was a clue:"No more visions."
So maybe he is struck by visions of some kind, but really belongs in teh 70s

I just love that programme and have a different conclusion every week, apparently its going to have a big twist to the end of it that will leave us all shocked, dying to know if he is in a coma and just dreaming all of this, my latest theory.

This is apparently the second and final series and, according to an article I read, all questions will be answered at the end.
His boss is fantastic. Makes me laugh my bottom off.

I dont know but I still love it. Its fantastic and makes me laugh every week, tuesday nights are going to be rubbish after it finishes!!

Rachael said it all. So you will just have to wait and see, they did film two different endings though but have no idea what they are
