If you have a scroll mouse, hold down the CTRL key and roll the wheel backward to reduce the size of the image so it fits the screen.
If you want to change the resolution of the screen, which will also reduce/enlarge the image size, right click in any open area of the desk top screen, click on Properties in the menu that pops up, then click on Settings. In the window that pops up click on the Screen Resolution slider and move it to the right to reduce the size of the image and then click OK. Repeat this process until you find a resolution that you like.
