i've tried *69 on my cell phone but i still get no details on who's calling me and hanging up. i've also threatened them and gave my address to where we can meet to end it once and for all. all i get is silence. mentioning police or threats don't work. saying i have the number on file doesn't work. once i know who is calling me they will eat my cell for lunch, only then i'll get a new number. sprint tells me not to answer. i want more action.

I learned a trick not published in my instruction book: Set the caller ringer id for "no ring" for any blocked or unlisted calls. My two phones have this setting. It automatically does not ring ANYTIME a call is blocked. We are all happy this way. You won't know if they call or not. The parties doing this calling will soon tire of this as soon as they find out you have stopped answering. People love to be mean and call to upset others for reasons never good. They love getting a 'rise' or reaction out of someone else. There's no way, short of a police order (which you can't get unless your life has been threatened) to find out who this is. Set your ringer to 'no ring' for all restricted calling numbers. It really does work!
