Yes. it is true. All dairy products have lots of protein in them. Milkshakes do have a lot of protein in them too. A regular milkshake has about 16 grams of protein per serving. And it has about 632 calories in it. Saturated Fat of about 14 grams and total fat of about 21 grams and carbohydrates of about 98 grams. And these other statistics are also based on one serving of milkshake.

All dairy products have protein in them. After all, milk was meant to nourish growing calves, who need protein to survive just like human babies and all other animals.
That doesn't make a milkshake healthy though. Just think about the calories and saturated fat!

Milk is a good source of protein. (That's why vegetarians are advised to drink an adequate amount of milk daily.) So milk shake has have protein in it. But watch out for added sugar in your milk shake. If it's too sugary, as you may well know, it might not be good for your health.
