Mine is starting to separate.

Well, now that it's starting to separate, it's likely a lost cause.

But...

To clean, you'll want to spray lightly with a hydrogen peroxide solution and follow with a good wipe down. A vinegar solution will work as well. Both are excellent disinfectants.

You should also oil your board regularly. Mineral oil is an excellent choice as veggie oils will go rancid (yuck!). Just pour on a little oil and wipe down.

olive oil (warm) or boos mystery oil .this is made for cutting boards do not think you will find at dyi stores they might have
