Shel Silverstein mostly writes silly and funny kid's poems, and I haven't been able to find any really romantic ones by him... But there is a cute poem that rhymes and is kind of sweet: 'Hug-O-War' By Shel Silverstein. Also there is 'Put Another Log on The Fire' by him but that one is also kind of depressing!
