The other day this guy told me that a girl had tired eyes and kinda laughed. I don't know what this expression means, anyone know?

1. the girl's eyes looked tired--eye bags, red eyes, puffy eyes...
2. the girl told the guy her eyes hurt or her eyelids feel heavy (signs of tiredness or overstrained eyes)
3. the guy kinda laughed remembering the incident--secretly likes the girl.
4. the guy kinda laughed because he found it amusing...
certainly depends on how the guy told you and how he knew...
