I quit? It seems like they "feel sorry" for these guys paying
child support and give them all the extra good jobs.

Stay there, change your attitude, and show your co-workers how hard-working, friendly, helpful, sensible, and compassionate a white person can be. You will never win them over by quitting or by resenting them!

Do you feel as if you are doing all the work while they are reaping the rewards? If so you need to bring it to the higher ups.If that does not work, hire a lawyer. This is a load of crap and the minorities are not the only ones with a family to feed.We are not living in the past tense for all these people who answered the way they did.I DON'T feel sorry for the bastards who have to pay child support-because it is clear they were not doing anything for the young ones from the jump.Welcome to the real world. the way it is today, where everyone needs to get up or shut the **** up!

If this is in fact the truth. Or does it just seem that way.Employees should be rewarded on job performance not race. No matter what race. If you feel you are being discriminated against you should contact your human resource department.

If your current employer is truly favoring one ethnicity or race over another and the qualifications etc are the same between the person(s) applying for the job then I would suggest going to whatever department or person would be responsible for handling this situation. No person should be given favortisim because of their ethnicity or personal situation. If you hire someone it should be because they are the best person for the job based on qualifications, education, past experience not because of where they are from, the color of their skin or their personal situation.

If you believe that you are being discriminated by your employer then that means that your company is falling into an illegal action going on. If this really bothers you alot then i recommend you to go speak with your Human Resource Manager/director...

Maybe you should consider the fact do u have smart bosses, that understand that minorities are smarter then white people. My advice to u, u should probably sleep with some minorities to make u feel right.

well with all due respect, check to see if they maybe just work harder than you first or have a better attitude.

If they really do seem to slack off more than you, then you should quit.

Most jobs give extra consideration to employees with kids to feed. It has nothing to do with race. but ... quit if you must.

What you percieve may not necessarily be truth. Try working a little harder. If you have so much time to watch others, then you're not doing your job.
