Ok i come on my period but i dont have any cramps or anything how do i know the next time i come on and sometimes im late is this something i should worry about!!

If you have a regular cycle, you could mark a calendar with the day you start and the day you stop and count from there to see approximately when you will have your next period. If you are irregular, unfortunately there isn't much you can do to tell. You could still keep track on a calendar though.
As far as not having cramps, not everyone does. I only do on rare occasions.
As far as being late, if you are young and just recently started having you period, it could take some time to get on a regular cycle.
If you are really worried about it, you should see a doctor.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Mine is very irregular and I've had it for about six years now. Every so often I get cramps, but sometimes there are no signs at all. Just be sure you are prepared when you think you are getting close. If it continues to be strange to you, I would see a doctor, but irregularity is completely... well, regular.

as for not having cramps THANK YOUR LUCKY STAR, mark your calendar the day you start and count 28 to 31 days,this will give you an idea of when you are due again,don't worry be happy coz you may not be so lucky in the future.
