Anyone have suggestions for middle names to the first name Kennedi for a girl? We have been thinking Alexis, but I'm starting to question if it is too overused, or even a bit cliche, or expected.
Also, what spellings do you like for Kennedi? We are trying to decide between Kennedy and Kennedi (using the 'i' so that it doesn't look like a boy name... which spelling do you like, with the 'i' or 'y', or do you have any other spellings you like better?

Oh my gosh!! I am so glad that FINALLY someone on Yahoo answers is using the name Kennedy! Kennedy is my 100% absolute number one FAVORITE name! It is the most beautiful name in the world for the girl! I am so very happy for you! I am planning to name my daughter Kennedy and my son Mackenzy when I grow up, even though I'm only 13.
I love any spelling for it, but my favorites are: Kennedy, Kenedey, Kenedi, and Keneddie.(If it is just an i, or an ey at the end, there shhould be only one n.)
Middle names that sound good with Kennedy are: Kennedy Ruth, Kennedy Camille, Kennedy Lynette, Kennedy Eddelle, Kennedy Martine, Kennedy Joelle, or Kennedy Raquel.

I agree with you that Alexis is a somewhat cliched name/middle name. In fact I just answered someones question warning them about those kind of names, it ruins the 'Kennedy part'.

I prefer the spelling Kennedy, because it makes the name easier to pair with a middle name. Kennedi is a nice variation though, and it does make the name seem more feminine. You could also use the spelling 'Kennedie' to make the name seem more complete.

Kennedi is beautiful but with a "Y" with an "i" it just looks...well wrong because the "y" and the "i" have different pronucations...

Kennedy Alexia
Alexis is also beautiful!!!! Good Luck!!! Good choice in names I dont think they are too popular. I have never met a girl named Kennedy.
