Investing in Orlando Florida?

I have a pretty good investment opportunity in Orlando Florida but I am from Los Angeles and don't know the area real well. The area I'm looking at is Altamonte. Anybody know how the market is out there?

The Orlando market has taken a pretty big hit over the last 12 months.

Long term you should do OK, but price may still drop in the next year.
