In addition to your routine you should get a matifying lotion. The lotion will absorb the oil before it hits the surface and provide a great base for your make-up. Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome , and Biore all make great matifying lotions. Good Luck!

Always try to keep your face clean. Washing it once in the morning may not be enough for u. Try washing it once in the afternoon, in between one of the lesson. Of course, have a thorough cleanse before going to bed.
And as and when you noticed that your face is oily, u should use face blotters and blot the oil away.
Avoid applying too much powder and makeup as it will clog your pores

dont use makeup. i know it makes your skin look better but all it does is clog your pores. i use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. It makes my skin softer and cleaner. If you ARE going to use make-up, but St.Ives Apricot Scrub and use it every night so that your face will be clear of all makeup. A way to keep your face from being shiny is...
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tablespoon water
mix it until the baking soda is pasty. Then smear over your face. baking soda helps get rid of residue and oil. It will help your skin not be so shiny.
I hope I helped

I have the same problem, I use just a regular bar of Irish Spring. It dries up the oil, and keeps it pretty much dry for the rest of the day... unless it's one of those hot and sweaty days. Ick...b ut I don't think anything will help that.
I also use a mint mud mask once a week. That helps a lot too. Any mud mask will work I'm sure... but the mint just feels so damn good! :)

Look for some blotters to take up some of the oil - made just for oily skin. That's about all you can do if you don't have time to redo the powder.

Go to Victoria Secret and go to the Make up section. Ask them for the oil blotting towels. I have the oilest face you can ever seen too. But those work really well for me. I use it everyday. And with a cheap price I can use it all my life!

you need a different kind of powder. i had that kind too and it didn't work well with my face. i got this new powder that keeps the shine off my face really well. it doesn't have a brand name; but if the powder you use wears off after a while, apply it every few hours. it'll make your make-up look freshly done. good luck!

washing your face in the morning and evening is important. if that type of powder doesnt work for you ...you may have to switch around brands till you find one that works. you still may have to find time to redo your makeup sometime during your day. i dont think there is much makeup out there that can withstand a whole day.

Have you tried a mineral powder foundation? It's kind of a two in one kind of cover up and makes your face radiate.
I love Arbonne's - however I have seen some other brands at the local drug stores.

Buy some oil blotting papers/wipes and keep them in your purse/school bag. You can use them quickly on the run (bathroom break). They are usually in the same aisle as all other facial cleansers and they won't take off your makeup.
