Who needs the other more men or women?

Question

Say America was split down the middle and on one side you had women and the other side you had men. Both sexes were kept apart, never able to see each other and forced to build their respective society.

1-Whos society do you think would be better?
2-What sex do you think would crack first and try to join the opposite sex's society?

I think that both societies would be equally poor. In my experience, men and women together make a better society than either one alone.

And I think that it would take a photo finish to tell which side cracked first.

Yes, women are capable of doing many things, example, being a doctor, dentist, cleaning etc. But in order to survive in a society, you have to do heavy work. Build houses, Landscape, Farm, Harvest, build buildings, scientific engineering, so on and so forth. The majority of hard labor goes out to men. Some women may be capable, but men are physically stronger, and to survive in a society, you need strength.

assuming none of the women were pregnant, it would take about a century for both societies to just die out, as they are both pretty much equal in pride.
