IT IS A TREE BEETLE, GO TO WALMART OR YOUR HOME AND GARDEN SHOP AND TELL THE PERSON YOU NEED INSECT SPRAY FOR TREE BEETLES

I think it's probably a lady bug. I think I read somewhere that only one of them, the male or female, can't remember which one now, but only one of them has wings.
