I KANT use the numbers if i write one it shows ! even if its on caps lock or not>> and i cant do a period HELP?

You have a stuck or broken shift key. That's the only explanation for getting !@#$%^&*() instead of numbers -- caps lock only affects letters.

call the compoany and ask them to send you a new key board most likey the keyborad is short circited

your keyboard is coming disconnected. i would tell you how to do this but for warranty reasons, plus the risk of further damaging your pc, or hurting yourself. take it to a factory trained technician.
