What type of credit card to buy?

Okay, I'm looking for a credit card that has low percentages. I'm 18, looking for a job and I want to buy and sell stuff off of Ebay. Any suggestions on a credit card that might be good for me? Tell me which company and why it's good for me...

Read the fine print and don't accept any card that has an annual fee or a universal default clause.

wrong category...but I would suggest getting a prepaid card to use online and do not load it with too much money.
