I am a Bi-Sexual christian, I live in Canberra Australia, but am moving to Melbourne soon.

I have told a few people, like my minister, and some close friends.

My main problem is my family, my mum is strongly against homosexual relationships. I can't tell her, nor do I want to live for her. I don't want to hurt my mum, she has a pride in me of being her only christian child, this would take away the fact that i am a christian.

I am worried she will find out from others i have told, but I can't keep it inside with the others.

Any support, or ideas for me..?

First off, it would in no way take away from the fact that you're a Christian. People have bias opinions... God does not.

Secondly, I think you should tell your mom. It would be better to hear it from you than from someone else.

I hope that the people around support you. Remember that who you are is something to embrace, not hide. SO much good luck to you!

Why not wait until after you move. After some time passes and you go back to visit, she will be so happy to see you that nothing you say will hurt her.

you're gunna need to tell her sooner or later.

it might be really hard at the beginning but they should learn to live with it and love you for who you are.

You should NOT feel guilty for being what you are. She needs to deal with it. Tough. Its your life not hers. It won't affect her life at all.xx
