It depends on which Manning. If you mean Peyton then I'd go with him.

Manning hands down. No quarterback in the nfl understands the game better than he does or works as hard as he does studying every aspect of the game and preparing themselves. Brady has had a good career thus far, but Peyton runs a far more complicated offense than the system NE uses (and the trick plays of throwing TD's to defense lineman don't count since Indy proved they could do it just as well in the playoffs). And yes Marvin Harrison is a much better WR than Brady has but most of his career has been played with Peyton and the chemistry they have is irreplaceable. And that chemistry and time together what has lead to them both having the career's they have had. As much as I dislike Brady (or any other UofM grad) he is a good QB, but IMO he is not in the same class as Peyton.

I hate to say this, as a Steelers fan, but Brady is the most efficient QB in the NFL. He's never had that go to receiver that Manning has in Marvin Harrison. Last year, the Pats didn't really have a true #1 receiver and Brady threw a touchdown pass to 11 different receivers. He makes all-pros out of nobodys. Look at Reche Caldwell. Never heard of the guy before he went to the Pats.

Peyton Manning is a better fantasy stud with great tools around him. Tom Brady is the better football quarterback, with three rings despite the lack of offensive talent and defensive depth his teams had going into those playoff runs.
Both men are great leaders and make this question worth one star.

If your going by wins, def Tom Brady, if your going by stats def Manning. In the end it matters who is going to get you the W (not for you fantasy team) so i'll go with Brady.

Brady because it obviously doesn't matter who he's throwing the ball to it will get to them. Manning is really good with his receivers but In another system I don't think he'd do anything.
