Why hasnt noel devine signed a letter of intent yet?

Spring practices have already started and noel devine has still not signed

i was wondering the same thing.

i feel that he is the best back this year. maybe even the best player. and the next barry sanders.

i think he might sign with FSU. but. who knows. maybe he isnt academically eligible. that happens with tons of recruited player every year.
