I assume you mean "... don't speak Norsk". Well, it depends. Could you work in the US, not speaking English? Will depend on the job, right? same for Norway, although most people speak English tolerably well, so things are probably easier than the other way round.

You should have asked at "General-Europe".....the Netherlands or Norway, these are 2 totally different countries !
