The more the merryer just make sure they got plenty of ultraviolet light (sun light) or buy a bulb to com the sun feed them weekly and living next to a cow field they killed my fly plant remember sun light and food and remember when they get bigger change the size pot they are in so they don't get root bound and put some stones over the dirt in the pot that will help keep the dirt wet

Photosynthesis is excellent for making oxygen
the only problem is that plants being alive produce what all living things do water and carbondioxide
so if your room is not well aerated it might get a little damp with five of them

Yes. I had several plants in my bedroom when I was in college. It brightened my day to see the happy green plants living on my window sill. It was a daily reminder of the immense wonder of creation and that if God could do that, He could certainly help me in my life.

It's a good idea to put as many plants as you like in any given room, assuming the light is adequate for their needs.

As long as they are getting the adequate amount of light it could be beneficial to your overall health. Plants use carbon monoxide and give out oxygen. We breathe oxygen and put our carbon monoxide. So go ahead it sure won't hurt you any, it might even help.

If the room is big and really bright! I don't like rooms that are dark and cramped cause there are so many little nick-naks and plants... So why not? ( if u have a big room :D )

Kris has it all right, except it's Carbon Dioxide not Monoxide. If we gave off Carbon Monoxide we'd kill each other by spooning.
