How do I convince my parents to let me buy a Wii?

I already made a poster and they said when I get good grades in every single one of my classes they would get me one but they haven't yet!

Hang in there and keep making those good grades. Help around the house all you can, and it wouldn't hurt to be extra nice and polite to them.

I'll bet your parents are trying to wait until the right time when they can affors to pay for the Wii. Those things aren't cheap.
I am a parent of 2 teenagers, so trust me, I know how it is.

You don't convince your parents of anything. You discuss it with them then respect their decision.

You need to show that you can be responsible about consistently getting good grades in every class first. That takes a while to establish. Stop complaining and go hit the books.

The Wii machines are extremely difficult to find right now.

first of all, the Xbox 360 isn't for HC game enthusiasts, the PS3 is, real game enthusiasts interest on the PS3 the place as wannabes interest on an Xbox (Console smart, PS3 is a few distance extra more desirable then Xbox 360, the only reason human beings interest on it, is reason they might't have sufficient funds the extra more desirable console). Now thats achieved, My ultimate propose could be to tell them that with a PS3, you could browse the internet, watch video clips, and play video games, so they might take your Wii / Dvd participant / and laptop away in the event that they permit you get the PS3.

Odds are they want to get you one, but haven't been able to find a Wii in stores. They generally sell out VERY quickly and aren't restocked that often. We only got ours by lining up in front of Best Buy early one morning. I'm sure your parents don't want to do that at this point. Be patient and eventually you'll get your reward.

umm actually the wii is really good and thats why its harder to find one has more sales than the 360 and the ps3 combined you can find a ps3 (60gb) and 360 anywhere but not a wii i was origanlly planning on getting a ps3 or 360 but now im ganna get a wii

You could get a part time job or do odd jobs to make money and get one for yourself or perhaps you could come up with half of the money on your own then ask your folks to come up with the other half. Maybe they're having financial difficulties. It's just a game so don't let it come between you and your parents.

maybe who schould negoteate whith them if they still arn't changing their minds. For an example ask them if you can pay for like 100 dollars and they can pay the rest and say like it is good for excersing(because i have one and it is so totally awsome its good for excersing) and you get active other then lets say the ps3. Just keep on giving them the facts of it and maybe they will change their minds.

I did it and it worked so give it a try.

I guess you have to make good grades:/
Tell them it will be as excersize, as well since you are moving around. Maybe tell them you will get puzzle games to, er, excersize your brain and do research and tell them facts about it that are positive. Save up money and ask to pay a percentage of it?

you can get some exercise waving your arms so there is a physical benefit. it is also a family kind of console so your parents could play it. it is also cheaper than a 360 or PS3
