When I was married to a cop, he taught me self-defense, and we practiced it in aggressive situations. It sometimes got one of us hurt, but I am very confident that I could thwart off an attacker.

I was twice in a situation that I was physically attacked and fear made me so strong, I didn't even know! I got away with it twice, without any physical pain and now, I know, what I am fearing, I will survive.

i grew up the youngest and only girl to three big big Italian brothers they taught me how to fight plus i learned how to box and spar with my boyfriend i can totally kick some butt plus at my height and the way i carry myself when I'm out i dont really fit the profile of a victim the trick is if someone looks at you like give you the stink eye you look them in the eye too most offenders avert eye contact the only reason i know this is cause i was in a detention centre for the most of my adolescence and i have actually been in close proximity to dangerous offenders so i know how they act

That's good for you, honey. You never know what may happen. It's always good to be prepaired. There's a lot of weirdos out there! Yes I can and have done some fighting in my time.

my mom always said stab an attacker in the eye with your keys and an umbrella(not the pocket ones the large ones) is a women's best weapon always carry one
