If you know someone really likes you (in a relationshippy kind of way) but, although you fancy them, you don't want anything longterm from them, is it wrong to sleep with them? Even if they claim they're happy with that, knowing that it could never be anything more?

In the immortal words of Eddie Cantor, 'What does a guy gotta do to be liked around here?"

If you both know that it is a relationship of convience, there is every reason to continue the way things are. Friendship is a good basis to make that decision. However, things don't alway go forward to the comfort of all. Sometimes, someone wants out. That is what you need to plan for. What happens when someone needs to split up the dynamic duo? Discuss this and decide what to do and how to do it.

Having this out of the way and planned for, means everyone can stop looking over their shoulders, unless you like that sort of thing.

Technically it's not wrong because they should be honest enough to tell you that it's not enough for them. But at some point you have to have conscious & a heart. Anyone can get laid but it takes a special person to look out for another especially if there's no long term commitment.

"Wrong" is personal to you. Remember there is little stronger in life than love and people will often ask for things that are bad for them.
