With pretty blue eyes your lovely brown hair will contrast nicely against the blue of the dress in the second link I've attached.
The first dress is very pretty, though the color would have to go and a more greenish, blue I think would complement your blue eyes well. The pink/gold combo, however always looks really good on golden brown tresses.

uh huh. is this a dinner dance? well a say a light blue sparkly halter with a bit of a V neck. not to long either right around the knees. This will bring out your eyes beautifully! Are you an SMM mustang? dont worry not a stalker just the same thing at my school.

get something that makes those blue eyes pop get a black dress black pumps but get glitter or rhinestones or some silver some kinda shiney accesorie to glam the dress up were a long strand of pearls oooo and i recomend a spray tan to give you a nice glow that night.
NOTE SPRAY TANS DONT LOOK FAKE THEY ONLY LOOK FAKE WHEN YOU DO IT 4 AND 5 TIMES A WEEK THEN YOU GO FROM GOLD TO ORANGE BROWN LOL !!

i look just like you... try to find a blue/ periwinkle dress and where dark blue eyeshadow to emphasis ur eyes.... it always works for me

forever21 has great dresses at really cheap prices....
maybe halter dress.... bright colored ones.... or ones that bring out ur eye color...
