Don't worry about it, it happens to a lot of people. Nothing uncommon. For what it's worth, I kinda like it when it's raining better then when it's sunny sometimes.

Wow, Link!
That's really different. I don't think that there's anything wrong with you, though. There is obviously something about the sun that bothers you. Is it that you don't want to face what another day holds for you? At any rate, you might want to entertain the possibility that something in your heart is making you feel this way and that it really isn't about the sunlight at all. Just a thought. Do a little self-reflecting and see what you find. Best wishes to you. Take care of yourself, you hear?
Peace & Blessings,
Cherish

The feeling evoked by a sunny day is typically what? Joy? A sense of well being? Pleasure? Whatever the feeling is for most people, you fear this feeling and thus defend against it with a reaction formation (feeling the opposite). Consider how a sunny day feels before you block the feeling.

That's not strange because I actually prefer it to be dark in my house. When the sun is out, I close the shades and the curtains to darken out the light. My wife hates it but has sort of gotten used to it after all these years. I don't like to be in the sun unless I'm at the beach.

Maybe the dark place that you are at right now in your life is familiar and comfortable and the light (sun light) seems too over whelming to you. In short, SIGGY said it best and way cooler than I ever could, for real.
