when i took my skills test all the question were very easy and logical. they were basic math questions about giving change, and situations like what would you do if there was a spill or someone asked you for something. i cant remember exactly but its very simple you should do fine.

The first answer has it mostly covered about the skills and interview. Here's a few other thoughts: For an entry level job in retailing, the most important thing to the person looking to hire you is that you must at least appear to be a person that will be helpful and cheerful with the customers, and NOT the type of person that will make the customers feel ignored or insulted. So, at least some of the questions be asked just to see your personality.

Otherwise most other questions will then be asked to see how useful you might be: what days you can work, if you have your own car, if you can get the store on very short notice is someone else doesn't show, etc.

I took a skills asessment test at a rite aid once. Ya know what it was? Basic math. Dont worry so much about it. Its an entry level position. I doubt they are gonna difficult equations and expect you to solve them.
In an interview, they are gonna ask you lots of questions, some of the more difficult ones being:
What made you apply for this job?
What are your best qualities?
What are your weaknesses?
Why should we hire you?
