I really do like archaeology and i'm interested in the mysteries of the world, like aliens and where's The Lost Ark and all of that. I also like writing scary stories. I also really enjoy movies. I love kids too. What do you think I should be? I'm 13 years old and i'm doing a project for school about sending a business letter to a college. We're practicing how to make business letters.

An author would be a good profession for you. You would be able to use all of your interests in creating great books.

Pay attention to conversations around you. If you wind up as a writer, you are going to have to be really really good at writing believable conversations that your characters have with each other.
Are you funny? I think there is more of a need for a funny children's author than one who writes scary stories, although those can sell too. But the funny stories really sell. (see Redwall series for a smash hit series) Kids just love to read and laugh. Don't you?
I loved history as a child too. It could be a hobby for you when you are an adult, because there is limited employment for history majors, as a rule, unless you become a lawyer (but only if you love to argue and debate endlessly).
Most good teachers are frustrated actors, I was told once in an adult education class by the professor. Do you like to act? If so, consider teaching.
Keep exploring what other interests you may have, too. Join some unlikely clubs at school, and volunteer to do different things that you haven't yet done. You may find something you love to do that way.

Well, sometimes it is more important to know what you do not want to do. For instance, you do not want to be a $20 crackhead street whore. You also do not want to be a school teacher, because they do not get paid very much, and they are usually underappreciated by the retarded monkeys they are trying to help. If you are sending a letter to a college, you should probably just lie and say you want to be a lawyer or doctor... they eat that junk up. Good luck with college.

If you are really interested in mysteries and scary stuff, and in movies, I think you should really be a writer. You also like kids, so you can write 'scary' stories for kids (not too scary). It is a suitable job for your tastes.
