annoyed about what? they came to his show, were being rude and disruptive, and got what was coming to them. and tell me why, if the word "****@" has become such a positive word in the black community (as they claim it has become), why is it offensive when a white person says it? that, in itself, is racist.

This is nothing new, he lost it and thought it wouldn't get out past the club but boy was he wrong! He career is ruined now. Seinfeld is still a great show regardless. What Richards did don't reflect on Seinfeid's show because his show was made in the past but what Kramer did was in the present. Shame, Shame, Shame!

He had a breakdown. I still watch the re-runs of Seinfeld all the time. It doesnt bother at all. Michael made a very bad judgement call and it might hurt his career and it might not. Mel Gibson is still making movies, but some actors wont work for him because of what he said in a drunken stooper.

Its not wrong and you being white has nothing to do with it.....
I am white, and I feel the same way, I used to love Seinfeld, but now I don't like the show just because of that situation in general....
I do not know what made him do it, but it was really foul of him and in very poor taste, and even though he apologized, I do not feel the same anymore about the show, I do not prejudice at all and against anyone, its very sad....

richards is a racist and is nescient as a pile of garbage. his comments will flash through people's mind forever when they see him on tv. i can relate to the questioner, though i am not white. it appears that there are some white people out there that have a neutral view of blacks, hispanics, etc and aren't racist at all, but unfortunately, when a white such as richards, zoeller, gibson aren't able to control themselves and give in to showing their true opinions (yes, their TRUE opinions), all of the innocent whites who hold no racist views at all are labeled "just like the rest of them".
on the flip side, the true offender's career suffers significantly or is alienated from their level-headed friends.

Absolutely not! He spoke his mind. I watch the re-runs all the time, maybe more now than before. You didn't see where he was heckled for ten minutes by a couple of black guys, huh? Tough crap. He told them what they were, it's OK to mouth off as long as YOUR not offended, right?

My brother-in-law is suffering from the same thing. Hopefully you will be able to move past it and start watching the show again because it's too good of a show to be ignored.
