Do women prefer a specific type of condom, and if so what kind?

This brand, made by the same people that make Trojans, are made with women in mind, tho I don't know if it really makes a difference.

Like one of the people said - the girl is not going to mind what type or brand of condom in the heat of the moment just make sure it does it's job. Preferably, I do not like the spermicidal kind - they seem to dry me out and are uncomfortable after a while. My husband and I buy durex brand because they have such a large variety. When you find that someone special and stay only to them you will find which ones are best for you both. Remember, communication is the key to a good and healthy relationship it isn't all about the sex.

Lubricated ones. Not ribbed unless the girl asks for it because they tend to hurt. Someone said Not Latex which is fine if your're alergic but it's easier to get an STD b/c fluid can seep through the pores.

Please disregard whoever wrote "latex free!" The only condoms that protect you from HIV and other STDs are made of latex (or latex substitutes for people with allergies)!

I like LIFESTYLES are the best. I don't like the whole flavored condom thing, but ribbed ones are fun sometimes.

Enjoy testing multiple brands :)

Women do not tend to have a 'herd mentality' on this subject. It will be as individual as the woman. I can tell you one thing as a fact. If you are about to have sex with somone who wants to have sex with you...she is not going to judge or change her mind as she examines what brand of condom you are using. Truthfully, I've barely paid that much attention to it. I do prefer them lubricated. (I believe you have never been in this situation....babe, it's not worth all this thought)

As long as its smooth, comfortable, and fulfills the purpose of a condom, then the brand doesn't matter. Whoever's wearing it is what matters.

Ok, go with Latex, they are the best protection. Or polyurethane if someone is allergic to latex. Ummm, really, it's personal preference. I've heard good things about the ribbed ones. You just have to discuss it with your partner.
