Dose he like me?
like every day i go to english well he there and he sees me and all and im like hi! an hes like hi! and we do this little hand shake thingy and hes always touching me and staring at me and i just wanted to know if he likes me cause im not going to ask him hey-----do you like me im not going to do that and he always grabs my stomach and looks at my butt then he smiles...weirdness...

Hmm...the way you described it, it seems more like he lusts for you rather than likes you as a person. You should probably do some more investigation about that before you run off asking him whether he likes you or not.

He likes you. You don't always need verbal confirmation of this... just look for the signs you already noted.
Next step is to ask him to buy you a milkshake (whatever) after school and his head will spin. After that... just be yourself, find out what he does with his "spare time" and take an interest. Your a winner.
Oh yes, if he refuses to buy you a milkshake.. (he may have had his allowance cut) offer to buy him one. and you can save face, if he still refuses by saying... "your loss" (or whatever teenagers now say which expresses indifference to dissapointment).
Communication always works best as a way to find out whether he is interested and we males need clear signals from our women so that we do not misinterpret them and dent our fragile ego...

I think he likes you, but doesnt know how to tell you. Maybe you should say more than hi to him. I'm not sure what you could talk about with him.... talk to him about somthing he likes like, sports or something. Best of luck.
