i have 3 cats and they scratch me alot on my arms, one time in school one of my cuts started bleeding so i went to the nurse to get a bandaid, then i went back to class a little later another cut started bleeding so i went back to the nurses office, then a little later the school counselor came and talked with me, he said that my teachers said they've noticed that i have cuts on my arms i said my cats scratch me alot he said well it doesn't seem like that i got really mad 'cause the princable called my mom and told her that i'm cutting myself!!!!!!!

Ya, teachers are like that.
One of my friends was about 6 and she was wearing one of those scarves (the fluffy, feathery ones) and she accidentally got it to tight so she couldn't breath. The teachers thought she was trying to kill herself and made her go to a shrink.
Have you tried talking to your parents? If not try talking to the teachers again. There isn't much else that can be done.

They aren't crazy, just being cautious. With as many people as ARE cutting in this nation it would be easy for them to jump the gun on a conclusion.
Have you thought about having your cats de-clawed to alleviate the problem? If the cuts go away when the cats claws go away it might help prove your point - just a thought.

this is ridiculous, i guess your moma laughed about this .
U need to write your teacher a note and tell her about the cat or either show her a pic.
Dont let this crap go on your school records,
Some schools just presume and have no common sense
what so ever to ask how u get the scratch from the start.
Dont let this get to u, just laugh it off and set your teacher straight.

that has happened at my school, girls were cutting them selves, so teachers assumed everyone else did too. i think high school teachers are the craziest, they take things for granted.

well they are trying to help you... at least your teachers notice. but have your mom explain about your cats and they wont worry anymore
