Hmm, that's a pretty broad question...can you say a little about your situation? (i.e., how many kids and their ages, possibility to live with family, what your profession is, your level of schooling, etc.)

The most succesful at it do it by divorcing rich husbands, or having enough babies by different men so they qualify for welfare.
