Robotech. I'd be a Zentradi -- a member of a highly structured society. Everyone knew his place. I'd command a three-man scout/recon ship.
Then again, maybe not. The Zentradi eventually lost the war and were mostly wiped out, and most of the ones who survived were enslaved by the Micronians... LOL.
=
All right. How about The New People? Stranded on an island by a plane crash, with a mysterious abandoned city in the middle of the jungle.
=
All right. How about The Starlost? I'd live in the Cypress Corners dome. Almost paradise. LOL.
=
Or... Land of the Giants. Hm... Giants... Zentradi... sensing a pattern here.
=
Or... The Prisoner. I always loved the Welsh countryside.
=
Or... Space 1999. I'd be one of the science techs. No, wait a minute, those were the equivalent of the red-shirts.

Gilligan's Island would be fun - in color for most of it. Mild climate, swimming in the lagoon, fresh fruits and some interesting adventures. Somehow they had more resources than you would have expected from the wreckage of their ship and stuff on an island. Plus I like coconut cream pies. I also suspect they discovered the secret of long-lasting clothing - as several of the outfits did not seem to ever wear out. (LOL).

The Waltons - They were so loving and supportive of everyone. It's a shame families now a days aren't like them.

Hmmmmm. "Star Trek" comes to mind, but I'd probably be a red shirt and get killed off.
Get Smart wouldn't be bad, but I'd probably get killed off.
My Mother The Car. The SHOW would get killed off.

I'm sorry but "P-ville" does not belong in the "Vintage" catagory. Try something older!
