need help getting photos off cell phone please.?

my sister in law sent us pictures of my little niece to our new camera phone but it wasn't set up properly so it just tells us to go to http.// etc and gave me a code but don't know where to go on enternet to enter code. could someone please help me out and i would like easy to follow details please & thankyou.

yeah i used to have that problem too. Type in the http// ect code into your adress bar and then simply type in the code givin and the picture should come up! good luck!

Since you did not mention the phone make and model nor cell phone provider, your best and easiest bet is to call customer service. Good luck!
