I'd go with What A Wonderful World. That always gets people feeling emotional, is very sweet, and would be incredibly cute coming from an 8 year old.

Jazzman has some lyrics that may sound too mature (that is, too world-weary) coming from an eight-year-old, but if she enjoys the song, why not? The other three songs are just fine. Listen to her sing all four if she knows them, and together choose the one that sounds best coming from her and/or that she enjoys the most.
