Do something just for the 2 of you...leave the kid with grandparents.
Rent a suite in one of those wonderful "theme" hotels, where every suite is different...a safari room, a harem room, a water room, choose whichever you like, and spend the whole weekend in "bed"....sending out for food, and taking long candle-lit jacuzzis.....
