Tiffanys was an American firm of manufacturing and retail goldsmiths,silversmiths and jewellers and first opened a London Branch in 1868, Then in 1891, it opened a shop at 221, Regent Street under the managment of Albert William Fearearyear. In 1923 the London Branch moved to 23 & 25 Maddox Street, later it moved to 44 New Bond Street where it remaned until its closure circa 1941.

He was the manager for Tiffany & Co.'s London store when it opened in 1891. I couldn't find how long he worked there.

I did a Google search and didn't come up with much.
