My hard drive circuit board burnt and smoke came out of it.how can i replace the circuit board and make my hard drive alive???

That is not a user serviceable part.
An experience micro technician "may" be able to remove the circuit board from an identical drive & install it on the damaged one.
More realistic options would be to contact the manufacturer or call a company that does hard disk recovery.

Sounds like you just need a whole new computer. It's never a good idea when smoke comes out of the computer. My guess would be, the computer got real hot due to there being too much dust built up.

if your Motherboard is short then Just replace your motherboard i think your all data will be fine if hard Disk is Short thier is no way you can get your data back

i bet you won't stick anymore pencils in the case's vent holes anymore will ya?
