Air is about 0.04% CO2; it can range from 0.02% to 0.06% depending on where you are (on the open ocean, in a forest, in the Arctic, etc.)

Or do you mean, what percentage of the Earth's CO2 is in the air?

Most of the CO2 on Earth is locked up in rocks and way less than .1% of the total CO2 is in the atmosphere at this time.
