Gentle rocking in .....
..."My Sweet Babies Arms"...
A bedtime story....
Flickering of a single candle off in the distance...
The light tapping of raindrops on a tin roof...
The near silent waves kissing the sandy shores....
The quiet crackle of and open fire....
The tender beat of my children's tiny heart pressed next to mine...tha thump..tha thump..
And finally my three chest hairs being braided while I have a Black Russian..
♥yahoo♥......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing !

all of the above for me.
I am an aide on a school bus for special needs kids and I can always get this little kindergarten boy who has downs Syndrome to fall asleep every single day by just rubbing his head for about 20 seconds. I love that I can do that because Otherwise he is very hyper. Fortunately for me his Mom keeps his hair very clean.

Warm milk and honey, honey. And reading in bed with it. There's a substance in milk called triptophan (tryptophan?). The same natural substance is in turkey and is being manufactured by pharmaceutical companies to help with sleep disorders. There is also the ever-famous chamomile tea if you can't drink milk and other "Sleepy Time" herbal teas. But limit the intake. You don't want to be waking up to use the washroom in the middle of the night.

Yes ... but you said you don't want to hear it.
Oh, the other thing is to spend a little while on Y!A. That's not as much fun, but that works too. Plus a little milk or ice cream before going to bed.
