I recently completed a Masters at the University Of phoenix on site. I am currently contemplating pursuing a Doctor of education Degree. Is it possible that anyone might give me some advice on the program?

Well I have neither ;) However, I have heard from others that University of Phoenix isn't supposed to be as recognized or an accredited school as some of the major universities including University of California or University of Maine. Most uni's do have the option of getting an education online so I would look into one of those major uni's and see if they offer your major and the option of taking online classes. Good luck to you!

Try these:
Walden University, University of Phoenix, Capella University, Argosy University, Liberty University, and University of Florida [a public university] all offer programs leading to a doctorate degree and are all accredited by one of the "big six" Regional Institutional Accrediting Agencies recognized by the US Government. More info can be found on online degrees and accreditation at http://distancelearningdegree.com and wherever you attend should be accredited.
