If I wanted to go into child care, what is a good college (not a community one) that i could look into? Can be anyewhere in the US

I'm not really certain what you are exactly referring to as working in child care, however, perhaps you mean looking to get a bachelor's degree in developmental or child psychology (although a bachelor's degree level program may not have such a specified field but instead just 'psychology') to work with young children at a daycare. Perhaps you mean in a teaching capacity where one would need to at least obtain a bachelor's degree preferably in education, and a teaching program say in early childhood education or elementary education typically includes doing a student teaching practicum where one gets 'hands-on' experience under the supervision of a certified teacher. well if it is anywher i'm sure that a lot of schools are good for child care.. i'm guessing you are wanting early childhood right? 0-5 yrs? that could be so many schools you just have to check out each one.
